If You Need Emergency Service, Please Take a Moment to Review the Following Checklist First to Ensure Quick Resolution

| Step 1. Be sure that the oil burner switch is on. |
| Step 2. The thermostat should be set above room temperature. |
| Step 3. Make sure that there is oil in the tank. |
| Step 4. Press the reset button on the relay once only! |
| Step 5. Check to see if the flame comes on. |
| Step 6. If the burner does not run at all, check for a blown fuse or circuit breaker. |
